Balmain Tigers & Wests Tigers recently presented a signed Wests Tigers jersey to the Holy Spirit school at North Ryde.
The jersey was presented during their weekly school assembly by ARLD Primary School Development Officer Clinton Hill along with Education & Development Manager David Kelly. The jersey will assist the newly formed Sports Council to raise funds for the Physical Education Programs that the school offers it students.
School Principal, Mrs Williams and Sports Council Chairman Simone Williams are very appreciative of the support the school has received from both the Wests Tigers and the Balmain Tigers.
In 2007, Holy Spirit swept all before them by winning the Siro 7s, Balmain All Schools Championships and numerous Tag Gala Days and this support from the Tigers will continue the sporting programs for all students.
