TIGERS Training Program:

TIGERS value the ongoing training and development of staff, both professionally and personally.

TIGERS train and assess staff in line with a Registered Training Organisation – CMA.

This gives TIGERS employees the opportunity to work towards Certificate II and III in Hospitality Operations as a stepping stone to the completion of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.

TIGERS Employment Opportunities:

TIGERS offer a range of Employment Opportunities to suit a wide variety of career objectives. Careers at TIGERS range from Customer Service roles within the operational levels areas of the Club including: Gaming, Food and Beverage, Security, Duty Managers and Reception; as well as back of house roles such as Chef’s, Cellar, Safe Operators and Maintenance. Administrative roles range from: Membership, Marketing, Merchandise, Functions and Events, Information Technology and Secretarial services.

TIGERS take pride in developing and training staff with the primary focus ultimately being to promote people from within the organisation. Staff have the opportunity to progress into management, with training provided internally and externally.
