TIGERS Medals

The mighty Balmain Tigers Rugby League Football Club is a living treasure, an icon of Australia for sport and a fantastic example of collective community spirit.  Today, Balmain Tigers is more than one hundred years strong.

No other club honours their history, or their ex-players, as prominently as we do and in the true Tiger spirit, we have undertaken to issue every Balmain Tigers first grade player with a uniquely numbered players medal which recognises their own special place in the sequence of Balmain Tigers players who have taken the field in a first grade game for the club. 

The medal contains a number of features including:-

The Balmain Tigers Foundation Logo.
The unique number in order of the sequence in which the first grade player made their first grade debut for the Tigers.
Logos which are significant to the club over the past one hundred years.
The Centenary of Rugby League Logo.

Over the coming months we will be contacting each ex player with details of when their medal will be issued.  If you are a Balmain Tigers First Grade Ex player and believe that we do not have your current contact details or if you are the immediate family of a ex player who has passed away please email mnielsen@tigers.org.au
