My Club

TIGERS have a proud history of over 100 years and are as committed as we were in 1908 to ensuring the growth and support of our community.

Every year TIGERS, as a part of the Community Development Support Expenditure Scheme, donates thousands of dollars to local community organisations. In 2009 TIGERS contributed $463,395.74 to over 15 local groups.

Some of these organisations have been kind enough to write and let us know exactly how that money has helped them help the community.

"Your grant has enabled us to help equip 13-18 year olds, living in Leichhardt who are blind or have low vision, with the skills and strategies they require to actively participate and achieve their maximum potential at school and within the workforce, helping them to grow into independent adults" Cally Templeton, Vision Australia.
